WHAT PEANUT BUTTER IS BEST FOR KETO?

For strict or Paleo Keto dieters peanut butter is a big no no it is said that because peanuts are technically a legume they are not on the approved Ketogenic food list.  For those keto-ers that allow peanut butter into their diet it is best to choose an all natural type regular store or popular “kids brands” are high in added sugar and preservatives all natural peanut butter should have literally nothing other than just peanuts and salt on the ingredients label.

WHAT BRAND ALL NATURAL PEANUT BUTTER DO YOU USE?

In our house we use either Teddy’s or the Hannaford brand they both have an amazing roasted flavor. If you have a natural food store near by check in with them they might have a machine to make your own our small town store use to have nuts and grinders to make your own.
