PALEO TACO SEASONING (WHOLE30, CLEAN + EASY)
One of the many things I have enjoyed about going Paleo is making my own version of some of the stuff that I used to buy pre-packaged beef jerky and chicken stock are a couple of good examples so far I have found that making it from scratch is usually not that hard and doesn’t take much extra time. Plus there is something very satisfying about making it yourself and knowing exactly what is going into every bite you are eating for taco seasoning I know that the store bought seasoning mixes can have hidden soy, flour, wheat, grain, sugar, milk, starch additives and other preservatives. Why do you need all that crap when you can make up a great Paleo taco seasoning with the spices you already have in your cupboard?
This Paleo taco seasoning mix has a mild spice from a little bit of cayenne pepper but you can omit that (or add more) if you want a milder (or spicier) version. It is enough to season about one pound of ground beef, chicken, turkey, shrimp, fish or other meat. It would also be excellent with some cauliflower rice to add some Mexican flavor.
Just add all of the seasonings to a bowl and mix them together well see I told you it was easy.
