Did you know various research state that drinking enough water can reduce the risk of colon cancer by 45% , bladder cancer by 50%.

The internet can give you hundreds of reasons to drink water we all know that we should drink at least 8 glasses of water a day but here’s the sad truth.

We never do it.

That’s why I encourage you to take this challenge and get yourself well hydrated if you are in doubt, or if you have any medical complications please check with your physician before taking this challenge.

What to do.

Drink a glass of water after waking up in the morning, 30 minutes before breakfast one hour after breakfast, one hour before lunch, during tea time, 30 minutes before dinner and just before going to bed.

*Please note that coffee, tea, juices and fruits do have some water content in them so keep a check on how much water you are consuming also water poisoning is a real thing so don’t just drink all the water at a time it’s essential that you sip water at regular intervals rather than flooding your body with a gallon of water.
